Julie and Todd Chrisley return to Nashville as the son's "best" birthday gift

Chase Chrisley received a birthday gift he wanted for his big day - parents Todd and Julie Chrisley were nearby.

Todd and Julie, who are famous for "Chrisley's Best" were released from prison on Wednesday after a pardon from President Donald Trump. The two served their sentences in a separate federal agency after being convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion in 2022.

To mark his 29th birthday, Chase shared an Instagram post about his parents moving back to Nashville for more than two years after his jail.

Chase, the oldest of Todd and Julie’s three children, reposted Fox News posts in his Instagram story. After the president's pardon, social sharing reminds readers of their future plans for Tennessee.

"The best birthday gift I can ask for," Chase wrote to his million followers.

Todd and Julie Convicted The conspiracy to deceive community banks with more than $30 million in fraudulent loans and tax evasion was sentenced to 12 years and seven years respectively. Their sentences were reduced later.

Both Todd and Julie were released from their respective prisons (he was in Pensacola, Florida) on Wednesday, while Julie worked at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

"I thank God and a lot of thanks to President Trump and his entire administration," Chase, the couple's son, said in a statement. New York Post. “I’m so grateful to finally get my parents back home and stay with their family again!”

Savannah They have been advocating for release since the two were imprisoned in January 2023 and contacted Trump earlier this year after they maintained their conviction by a panel of three judges last summer.

Todd Chrisley said in his first press conference after his release that faith, family and fitness are the pillars of transporting Chrisley through incarceration. He praised his conversation with his children - Savannah, Chase and Grayson, as a kind of salvation grace. He also kept in touch with his wife, Julie, 30, via daily email.

"I talk to my daughter every day. Chase, Grayson. I can connect with Julie every day," Chrisley shared. "So, I don't think for me, I have that many people who are leaving the prison system. I'm grateful for that."

Reality stars were initially sued in August 2019 and later filed a new lawsuit. They were found guilty in June 2022, not only for bank fraud and tax evasion, but also conspiring to deceive the IRS.

Todd and Julie did get a smaller court victory in 2019, when the Georgia Tepraction cleared the $2 million state tax evasion charge, due to a two-year investigation into nearly eight years of returns began in 2008.

In the initial documents, both Chrisley were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, five counts of bank fraud, one count of conspiracy to deceive the United States and one count of tax fraud. Julie Chrisley is also charged with one count of wire fraud and one count of obstruction of justice.

Prosecutors found the couple guilty of submitting fake documents to the bank when applying for the loan.

Savannah posted a video on her Instagram on Tuesday saying she received a call from the president saying he was signing pardon documents for his parents when he walked into Sam's club.

"So, my parents are all coming home tonight or tomorrow, and I still don't believe it's true!" she yelled.
