In court sketches, Sean "Didy" comb uses it as a prosecutor question "Jane" during the rapper's sex trafficking trial.

The judge who presided over the criminal trial of Sean Diddy's comb threatened to ban shameful music tycoons in court, nodding and showing their faces on jury members.

Judge Arun Subramanian called his actions “absolutely unacceptable”. Mr. Coms' attorney assured the judge that this would not happen again.

Judge Subramanian said Mr Combs “nodded vigorously” in a cross-question by Bryana Bongolan, a friend of Mr Combs’ ex-girlfriend, who accused the rapper of holding her on the balcony.

Mr. Combs pleaded not guilty to all charges, including conspiracy of sexual trafficking and extortion.

A new witness stood up

The court also heard from a woman who used the pseudonym Jane, who dated Mr Combs between 2021 and his arrest in 2024.

Jane describes the first few months of her relationship with Mr. Combs as an exciting whirlwind. She said he took her a trip to Miami, another to Turkish and Caicos and the Bahamas. The rapper takes her to a high-end restaurant, and she describes herself as his “high heels.”

But she testified that Mr. Cams quickly asked her to attend what the prosecutor called "hotel night" when Mr. Coms hired escorts to watch Jane have sex with another man. The first encounter in May 2021 was held in Miami, which she thought was a one-time experience.

"The Pandora's box in our relationship opened that night," Jane told the court. "It was a door that I couldn't close to the rest of my relationship. There were a lot of things since then, too many."

Jane testified that she had more encounters because “I really loved him at that time and wanted to make him happy.” But she also said “many times” and told Mr. Combs that she didn’t want to attend these “hotel nights.”

She told the court that Mr Combs asked her to attend a few more times and that she "feeled frustrated and I feel obliged" to accompany his wishes.

She testified that starting around April 2023, Mr. Combs began paying her $10,000 a month for her home. Jane said there was a sense of obligation to arrange, and the rapper suggested that he didn’t want to pay rent for women he hadn’t seen before.

She testified that Mr Combs also provided her with drugs such as ecstasy from the beginning of the relationship, cocaine and ketamine. She told the court that she used the substances during some encounters with Mr Combs and "Hotel Night".

Her testimony will continue on Friday, and she will later face inquiries from Mr Combs' defense team.

The so-called balcony incident is under censorship

The court also heard questions about Ms. Bongolan, a friend of Cassie Ventura, the rapper’s defense attorney, said he gave different claims on Mr. Coms’ abuse at different times.

Ms. Bongolan accused Mr Combs of lifting her onto the tracks of the balcony for a threatening dispute and throwing her into nearby furniture, causing bruises and injuries.

Defense attorney Nicole Westmoreland asked Ms. Bongolan about the allegations she filed in a letter from her attorney, whom Ms. Westmoreland said included claims for money, and lawsuits against Mr. Coms: In the balcony incident, the rapper allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Ms. Bongolan testified in court that Mr. Coms was purportedly lifted her to the balcony with his hands on the area of her chest. Ms. Westmoreland repeatedly imposed differences between the sexual assault allegations and her description in the rapper’s alleged action.

The defense also accused Ms. Bongolan of constructing details of the alleged balcony incident with Mr. Combs and presented evidence that Mr. Combs performed at a concert in New Jersey and attended events in New York on September 25 and 26, 2016.

Prosecutors had previously shown a photo of a bruised on Ms. Bongolan's leg, with a time stamp of September 26, 2016 in the metadata. Ms. Bongolan said she took photos of her bruised the day after Mr Combs allegedly threw her into the balcony furniture.

"You come here and lie to the ladies and gentlemen of this jury," Ms. Westmoreland said.

"I can't agree with you," Ms. Bongolan replied.

Later that day, prosecutors raised differences. They showed text messages sent on the phone from Combs' ex-girlfriend Ms. Ventura on September 30, 2016.

The text says that Mr. Combs stayed in her apartment in the middle of the night, Ms. Bongolan and drove her out of the balcony.
