Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick

Former NFL football coach Bill Belichick's girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, finished second in the Miss Maine competition over the weekend.

In the front row with Belichick, 73, in Hudson, 24, in a two-day beauty pageant that will be held Saturday and Sunday in Portland, Maine for the second consecutive year. In 2024, she won the first runner P.

Bangor’s Shelby Howell won the 2025 Miss Maine America.

Hudson represents her hometown of Hancock in the state pageant, which includes three different competition areas: interviews, swimsuits and evening gowns. Miss Maine’s winner entered the Miss America competition.

In the competition, Hudson was awarded the "most fashionable" and ranked in the top three.

“I’m very proud,” Hudson said in the event section. “I hope anyone who is watching this goal will be able to work hard and embody the manifestation of hatred never winning.”

Hudson was asked, “If you could relive a moment in your life, what would it be, and why?”

She replied, “I will go back to my days on my family’s fishing boat in Hancock, Maine.”

“I think about this often because there are massive Exodus in rural Maine and I don’t want to see more fishermen displaced,” she said. “As your next Miss Maine, I’m going to point out to get into the community and go to the legislators to go to the government to advocate for these people so that they don’t see these memories as moments in the past.”

Hudson has attracted attention due to his public relationship with Belichick, the current chief football coach at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. UNC said they met during the flight in 2021 and now in addition to maintaining a "personal relationship", she also manages Berichick's "personal brand".

It seems in this capacity that Hudson recently became Belichick, who interrupted the interview, sat in the headlines airing on April 27 with CBS News' "Sunday Morning."

When asked how he and Hudson met, she was taken to the camera and inserted: "We're not talking about this."

Belichick defended Hudson in a statement: “She did not deflect any specific questions or topics, but just did her own work to make sure the interview stayed on track.”

Then a few days before Miss Maine, USA, began, Hudson was reportedly banned by UNC’s football facilities and the university was refuted.

“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee of college or Carolina track and field, she is welcomed to the Carolina football facility,” Carolina Athletics said in a statement. “Jordan will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand, except for his responsibilities to Carolina football and college.”
