Jessie James Decker attributes her unique military roots to her motherly approach.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the 37-year-old mother, recently teamed up with Rocket Mortgage and USO for the “Homefront Heroes” initiative, began by opening up how her way of growing up plays a major role in improving “resilience” children and explains how her mom’s perception of life helps change her mindset.

“I didn’t know my mom would say there was any challenge (a military spouse),” said Dyke, who served in the Air Force. "She is the most active person, so she sees the whole experience as the most incredible adventure, she is just the proudest military spouse you can imagine. She is so happy to be a part of it. She loves what her husband does for this country and has never complained once."

Her mom, Karen Parker, joined Friday’s Instagram live event to celebrate Military Spouse Appreciation Day, and her mom said her mom’s parenting method inspired her own way of doing things.

"I can honestly tell you when it's time to move, and she's like, 'It's time to go!' We'll just pack everything and roll to the next place," Decker told Fox News Digital. "She always smiles on her face."

Although these moves made her “resilient and adaptable,” Decker admitted that it was sometimes challenging—but her mom was always there to take on the burden and make things fun.

"I think it's just her positive attitude and ability, she always has this way to make everything feel at ease," she continued. "Well, it might put pressure on the family and she can spin it, you know what I mean?"

"When we move, she'll do things like, 'Well, we're in a new place, let's find the first five fun things about the city, let's do it, or let's learn them, or let's go to the library. Let's get books on the new place we're going to and let's all spread on the carpet... Let's all unfold. She's always positive, so I feel like I'm sure instilling in my kids where I make everything fun and exciting and I'm able to turn any hardships around."

"I had four caesarean sections, I cried and cried while struggling with breastfeeding and celebrating the victory of breastfeeding, and I lost my hair," she said. "I was proud of my mother. I started having babies 11 years ago and I have four children ever since. And, every child I brought into the world has been an incredible mother journey and I can't believe what my body has done. It's incredible."

"I'm proud of my body because when you have four kids you do want to feel healthy and you do want to feel strong because I want to have the energy to be the best mother I can be, and I want to stay healthy and I want to set this example for my kids," she added. "So it's a true statement. I'm proud of my body, not even more proud of it at any time, but it's not just the surface."
