Jessica Alba is about bikini and "self-care".
The 44-year-old actress and businesswoman shared a series of photos on her Instagram, many of which featured the poolside of her bikini hanging out and added grand messages over the next month.
"Guide Chill - Breathing - Friendship and Self Care," she captioned the photo's carousel.
In one of the photos, the actress is poolside and flashes the peace sign in a light brown and white printed bikini, which she pairs with sunglasses, Sanhart and necklace. She also shot in the water with her friends, and there were some outside.

Other photos show her wearing an animal-printed off-shoulder swimsuit, which she paired with a white robe and a mask. In other photos, she wears a mask and one-piece swimsuit while relaxing in the sauna.

Between her photos in the swimsuit are inspiring messages, as well as photos of light and dark leopards.

One of them quotes said, "June's joy. June's upgrade. June's nourishment. June's excellence." Another said, "June's goal: to be friends in the present, because that's where you get the deepest joy, healing, love and wisdom."
The post also includes photos of her hanging out with the girls around the fireplace outdoors and participating in various forms of self-care.

In a June 2024 interview with People magazine, Alba revealed what happened early in her career and why she felt like she was in survival mode when she was playing a role.
“You don’t always play the best role,” she said. “You just play the role to survive, which teaches perseverance and perseverance, but I do wish I could have the skills and thorough writing and learning about writing, mentoring and production early in my career.”
