Ghislaine Maxwell's former London townhouse where Britain's Prince Andrew allegedly put his arm around Jeffrey Epstein's underage accuser in 2001 is on the market again waist.
Maxwell, 63, sold it in 2021 for the equivalent of about $2.1 million to help pay for her defense in a U.S. sex trafficking trial in which she was convicted of assisting Epstein in his crimes .
The three-bedroom, three-story home is currently listed for about $3.96 million, according to London real estate website Chestertons.

Photos show the newly renovated kitchen, wooden trellis and fireplace on the terrace accessed from the master bedroom.
It is located on a narrow but quaint street, within walking distance of landmark London stores Harvey Nichols and Harrods, the listing says.

While the exterior looks modest, the interior is described as newly renovated and "charming."
The house is located in London's upscale Belgravia neighbourhood, across the street from the Nag's Head pub and close to the upscale Pantechnicon complex.
In a U.S. lawsuit, Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre claimed she met Andrew at a London nightclub called Tramp and that he forced her to have sex at Maxwell's home.

The prince was removed from royal duties in the fallout from the scandal, but he has always denied accusations of wrongdoing.
He agreed to pay an undisclosed settlement to Giuffre in 2022 and donate to her crime victim charity.
Maxwell, a Briton who fled to the United States, allegedly provided underage victims of Epstein's sexual abuse.

She is serving time in Tallahassee federal prison for her role in his sex trafficking operation.
Maxwell's other former home, a mansion in Massachusetts, was sold for $7.3 million in 2022 after her conviction.
Her expected release date is 2037.
In September, she lost an appeal on the grounds that the superseding indictment against her may have violated the statute of limitations, that the charges against her were barred by a non-prosecution agreement that Epstein previously obtained in a controversial plea deal, and other issues .

The appeals court found the lower court had "no error" in its handling of her case and upheld the verdict.

Her attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Epstein himself died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting his own trial.
