The rape lawsuit against Jane Doe against Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" combs has been biased, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Jay-Z's attorney Alex Spiro also shared a statement praising the rapper for pushing it down on the lawsuit.

Combs' legal team told Fox News Digital in a statement that it confirmed today's total firing, without a 1-800 lawyers' solution, the lawsuits were based on falsehoods, not facts. Jane Doe's lawyers Tony Buzbee and Antigone Curis said in the dismissal: "In this notice, the above actions were voluntarily dismissed and biased. ”

Jay-Z was appointed for one day in the sexual assault case of Combs in December, with Music Mogul filing a motion to dismiss the rape lawsuit.

Initially, the lawsuit alleged that the comb raped the minor, while "Celebrity A" and "Celebrity B" looked at it. Carter is known as "Celebrity A" in the lawsuit filed.

The lawsuit states that Jay-Z "has been with the comb in many of these cases described here" and that "both perpetrators must face justice." The music tycoon allegedly "is so close that the 2023 Comb says Carter is the only one, except Combs of Combs, who was allowed to use his legal name 'sean'.
