Israel's Foreign Minister blasted the United Nations on Monday, and the group's court opened a hearing on Israel's legal liability in Gaza.
Gidon Sa'ar said the United Nations is a "rotten, anti-Israeli and anti-Semitic body" and should be tried for covering up the terrorist branch of the terrorist subsidiary of UN relief and Palestinian refugees in the Near East, saying he said he was talking about the October 7 attack.
He told reporters that Israel has decided to "not participate in this circus", which aims to deprive Israel of "the most basic right to self-defense."
Former aides said officials of Biden administrators worked to undermine Netanyahu after the ceasefire collapsed.

"The Secretary-General (Antonio) Guterres is personally responsible. He knows the situation in the UN Eastern Rescue Country. He knows very well, he knows very well. Israel repeatedly warns him. He does nothing.
Jewish News Corp reported that Sa'ar later provided evidence that NDA staff were "related to terrorist activities" by October 7, 2023. Sa'ar said the Near Territory Agency is the agent of the terrorist organization Hamas.
Fox News Digital contacted a Guterres spokesman for comment on Sa'ar's allegations, but received no response.
Guterres spokesman Stéphane Dujarric told reporters in a statement to the media on Monday that he did not "consider the Secretary-General is a big fan of the circus." He called the speech to the International Court of Justice "very detailed, very clear and very legal", and he also said Guterres "very clear (and)" when the United Nations "revealed Israel's allegations against the Bank of UNRWA" that Guterres "was very clear (and). Dujarric said North Current Director of the State Administration Phillipe Lazzarini "takes very fast action" in response to the complaint.

Lazzarini terminated the appointment of some near-ground staff members participating in the October 7 attack.
Dujarric also noted that Gaza has “exhausted key stocks” since Israel blocked all aid in Gaza in March, trying to force a ceasefire from Hamas. Not only was the food run out, but Dujarric said there was a shortage of medical supplies, surgical supplies, therapeutic milk, medicines and other important items related to trauma.
UN Legal Counsel Elinor Hammarskjöld outlined UN concerns about Israel's occupation of the Palestinian territory in a statement on the ICJ hearing. She mentioned that Israeli parliamentary law passed in October 2024 prohibits actions by the UNRWA, saying that Israel cannot deny that just humanitarian organizations provide relief and that concerns about the impartiality of such organizations may not be unilaterally caused by occupation.

Hammarskjöld also said that under the Geneva Convention, the premise of the United Nations is "inviolable" and "reliable from search, application, confiscation, expropriation or any other form of immunity in the form of intervention".
However, in February, statements in the Israeli International Court of Justice litigation pointed to various events that demonstrate how UNRWA violated the UN-provisioned guiding principles of “neutral, impartial and independent”

Israel's statement also listed several terrorist organizations "using and using UNRWA devices as hiding places and shelters" and asked agency staff to "provide assistance or close their eyes to terrorists seeking asylum." The United States suspended aid to near-out countries after learning that some of its members participated in the October 7 attack.
On April 24, the U.S. Department of Justice determined that as a professional body of the United Nations, UNRWA has no right to obtain diplomatic immunity in the United States in a lawsuit filed in southern New York in June 2024, and the 100 victims attacked on October 7 are seeking $1 billion in damage to damage near infrared. Lazzarini is the defendant in the lawsuit.
