Indochina Productions launches Thai content studio TSIX3SIX

Southeast Asia production heavyweight Indochina Productions has launched TsixtySix, a new content studio dedicated to making original Thai movies and series with local authenticity and international appeal.
The Bangkok-based flag marks the first official entry into domestic language content by the Indochina flag, which was at the Cannes Film Festival on Thursday. Founded by Cod Satrusayang, Nicholas Simon, Pel Siro and Tri Kanchanadul, Tsixtysix aims to develop high-end, character-driven Thai stories that resonate beyond the country's borders.
The company's current slate includes two original features that have been developed. The Great Esarn Robberydirected by Cantana Tiprachart (Na Harn: Series), follow a group of small town friends who jointly robbed the corrupt network of local officials; and Songkhram Songkranthe director of filmmaker Pisinee Khaosamai, who captured the rise of teenage cycling gangs and influential cultures, made his debut in the New Year festival in Thailand. Both projects are scheduled to start production later this year and are intended to be released in 2026.

The founding team brings deep experience and connections in the Thai industry. Max Reality series performed by Satrusayang Dean Dynasty And co-produced Pen-Ek Ratanaruang's upcoming cooking thriller Kitchen death and Useful ghost. Simon, founder of Indochina Productions, is a senior producer of highly-respected international projects in the region, including White Lotus Season 3 and Gareth Edwards' Creator.
Tsix3six will become the local language production department in Indochina, which has long supported international shooting throughout Southeast Asia.
