The Indianapolis Colts will pass the NFL release from Wednesday night's 2025 schedule. The schedule for the entire 18 weeks, 272 regular season games, and all preseason games will be set.
The Colts, which ended 8-9 last season, added defensive backs Charvarius Ward and Camryn Bynum, as well as free agents for quarterback Daniel Jones. They picked Tyler Warren in the first round of the NFL draft. Indianapolis lost offensive linemen Will Fries and Ryan Kelly, as well as Edge Rusher Dayo Odeyingbo of free agents.

AFC South rival, home and outside: Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans
Home game: Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Falcons.
Road Game: Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Colts' 2025 opponents scored a 0.464 win rate last season, ranking 24th in the 32 team league. Four of these games competed against struggling AFC South Foes Jacksonville and Tennessee.
Even with a volatile mid-season game last season, the Colts tied for the league lead with five wins in three or fewer games. A better quarterback game could lead to more wins, perhaps a playoff spot.
Without a major quarterback, the Colts aren't a popular choice for nighttime games. Last season, the vast majority of their games were Sunday at 1 p.m., although November's game against the Minnesota Vikings was bounced to Monday night.
In the past decade, only the Jaguars (6) have played fewer prime time games at home than the Colts (9). The Colts have performed well in the Best Total Prime Time game over the past 10 years.

Betmgm.com sets an early overtake, with Indianapolis winning 7.5 games, two behind the Houston Texans, even the Jacksonville Jaguars, and two ahead of the Tennessee Titans.
The Buffalo Bills, the Baltimore Ravens, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles won 11.5 wins. The Cleveland Browns lag behind the league with a 4.5 win.
They have not been able to compete in Jacksonville since 2014 without winning the game. They have to attend Week 1, which is not good for them. They haven't won the season opener since 2013, although they tied with the Houston Texans in 2022.
They will host a game in Germany and have three trips to the West Coast (Los Angeles and Seattle). At least they will pile up frequently used flyer miles.
