Indian content veterans unite to form madlab alpha

Three Indian content heavyweights will bets with experimental storytelling of Madlab Alpha, a new studio joint venture designed to create innovative quality content when traditional formulas face increasing audience fatigue.

The joint venture is a partnership between Bodhitree Multimedia Limited, Madlabs’ film and the universe of thought, aims to serve as a creative lab for emerging storytellers in the market, with creators believing that founders are becoming increasingly full of formulaic content. First, the war box had INR 2.5 billion (US$30 million) and the first slate was developed over the next 24-36 months.

The studio will focus on developing what is known as “brain thriller, dystopian sagas, speculative drama and interactive storytelling experiences”, with its designated mission to leverage AI-AI-Asiscist ai assisted production workflows and immersive storytelling technology.

“With the rise of OTT (streaming) platforms and content around the world, especially audience tastes in India, especially in India,” said Gaurav Shukla, creator of the popular series “Asur”, who will help lead Madlab Alpha with Madlabs Madlabs film producer Abhijeet Khuman. “This shift has affected traditional commercial films because we see more viewers tend toward fresh bold narratives.”

Bodhitree brings extensive industry experience to the partnership, producing over 3,000 hours of content on major broadcasters and streaming platforms.
