Hollywood made its debut last weekend (May 16-18) with "Task: Impossible - Final Valuation" and returned to the top of South Korea's box office for $5.4 million, accounting for 66.63% of the weekend's total revenue.

The latest part of the long-term action franchise led by Tom Cruise is a tracking service run by the Korean Film Council, which attracted 759,363 admissions on 2,385 screens. Including a limited preview, the film made $5.5 million from 762,955 admissions.

After four weekends on the rankings, the Korean crime thriller "Yadang: The Snitch" finally ceded No. 1, ranking second for $820,055. The domestic hit rate increased by 116,846 more, and since its release on April 16, its cumulative gross amount has increased from 3.2 million tickets sold to $21.8 million.

In the third inning, the "Minecraft Movie" continued its strong run with enrollment of $421,197 and 63,479 votes. Now, the game-based title has a box office of $8.8 million in South Korea, spanning 1.3 million admissions. The local action drama "The Old Woman with a Knife" remained stable at $339,704, increasing its total from 493,941 cumulative admissions to $3.4 million.

Marvel's "Thunderbolts*" slid to fifth place with $271,280 and 38,873 spectators. Now, its total enrollment of nearly $890,000 is $6.4 million.

In No. 6, the horror sequel, "The Final Destination: Bloodline," opens with $201,769 and 27,557 admissions. To date, the film has made $332,539, including the weekday trailer. The Korean supernatural thriller "Holy Night: Demon Hunter" ranked 7th with a price of $84,093, totaling $5.1 million.

The Japanese drama "Happionend" ranked eighth with a price of $71,119, boosting its cumulative box office to $559,494 from nearly 80,000 admissions. The long-running anime release "Attack on Titans: The Last Attack" was ninth with a new entry fee of $79,623 and 9,824, pushing its Korean total by $6.3 million.

The Korean documentary "Meet Again, Motherland" made its debut in No. 10, earning $51,631 from 7,577 admissions in a limited 216-screen release.
