Rock band Imagine Dragons burned social media after chief singer Dan Reynolds waved the Palestinian flag on stage at a concert in Milan, Italy on Tuesday.
Reynolds' video footage picked up the Palestinian flag and waved it, then hung it on his shoulder in the concert's doomsday, winning millions of views and causing mixed reactions on social media.
The band's host also kissed the national flag and threw it back into the crowd.
Palestinians on social media praised the band's support. One article with over a million views praised “strong gestures.”

Another Pro-Palestinian account released: "It's great to see more people showing support."
Liberals also applaud the bands seem to take political positions when they seem to laugh at their music for their bands.
“Has OMG Radiohead been beaten by Imagine Dragons now?!?” stand-up comedian Matt Lieb wrote in an article that the post reached over 2 million views.
Lieb refers to the Radiohead telling an anti-Israel Heckler during a show last October.
Another praised: “Imagine the dragon is on a short list of very considerable celebrities now.”

But the band and Jewish fans of the pro-Israeli commentator expressed their disappointment and anger.
“It looks like the band 'Imagine Dragons' supports terrorism,” ACT wrote for U.S. President Brigitte Gabriel.
One Jewish fan said, "You know this is a moment like this, I really don't know how to deal with myself...I really like dragons, but now it seems they really hate my people," one Jewish fan said, adding, "It makes people see Palestine as a moral virtue when it still sees Palestine as a myth."
A popular post by a Jewish woman said her grandparents were Holocaust survivors, accusing the band of “waving the unity of terrorists.”
Her post continued: "They call for 'gay rights' and 'free Palestine'."
"Essentially, they're just calling on all gay people to die for their musical careers. Good night, imagine the dragon."
The band speaks outright about support for the LGBTQ community, with Reynolds waving the “Progress Pride” flag at a previous show.
During the Milan concert, Reynolds also waved the Ukrainian flag.

The band faces a counterattack in the August 2023 performance in Israel ahead of the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7.
Reynolds said in an interview with the Rolling Stones in July 2024 that he has no regrets about playing performances in Israel and Azerbaijan.

"I don't believe in depriving the fans we want to see us play because of the actions of leaders and governments. I think it's a very slippery slope. I think the second time you started doing this, there were corrupt leaders and warmers around the world, where are you drawing the boundaries?" Renault told the media.
