Illegal immigration detainee accused of child rape

First on Fox: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Wednesday that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a detainee in Massachusetts on charges of illegal immigrants committing a crime of rape by force that was captured by video.

Lorenzo Lopez Alcario is a 30-year-old Guatemalan national charged with tying and Brutal sexual assault A young girl in the video the girl's mother finally found was placed on him this week, DHS's press release said.

Alcario entered the U.S. illegally for the first time on an unknown date, and was arrested in Arlington, Virginia in 2017 for possession of drugs.

Later that year, in September, Alcario was ordered to be removed from the United States by a judge and was deported by a plane on September 28, 2017.

However, according to the Department of Homeland Security, Alcario reentered the U.S. in June 2022, and the Biden administration was released to the country despite his criminal history and his last deportation.

In a statement, Tricia McLaughlin, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, brought up a case where Alcario should never be allowed to return to the United States and that the detainees aim to ensure that Alcario will not be victimized to anyone else in the future.

"Lorenzo Lopez Alcario is an illegal alien with a pedophile in Guatemala and should have never been to the United States in the first place," McLaughlin said.

“Despite his previous criminal charges and deportation, President Baden released the savage criminal to the U.S. community in 2022. Under President Trump and Secretary Norm, Ice has detained a detainee to ensure illegal foreigners who are not allowed to intimidate U.S. citizens and will deport such child predators to prevent further victims.”

ICE has been active in Massachusetts in recent weeks, including Operation Via Patriot, which has resulted in the arrest of nearly 1,500 illegal persons, including murderers, rapists, drug traffickers and child sex predators, in dark blue Sanctuary city heavy state.

Sources on the ice told Fox News that 790 of them were arrested and criminally convicted or charged, and 277 were eventually removed or deported. All targeted criminals were freely roaming the streets of Massachusetts city before being arrested, sources said.
