Agent of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer (ICE) said local authorities dropped a series of charges, including kidnapping of children and family invasions, who were arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer (ICE).
Agents who owned ICE in Washington, D.C. arrested Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez, 26, of Fairfax, Virginia, on May 2, officials said in a press release.
“While the court believes it fits his recent charges, Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez has been convicted of numerous crimes in Virginia, causing disastrous harm to our Virginia residents,” said Russell Hott, director of the field office of ICE Law Enforcement and Evacuation Operations Washington, Washington DC, Washington, DC.
Officials said his allegations include kidnapping a man intended to destruction and burglary, entering a house with murder, rape, etc.

"Every one of his beliefs represents another neighbor of Baquedano-Rodriguez," Hort said.
Baquedano-Rodriguez was first arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol on August 25, 2018, after illegally entering the U.S. near Yuma, Arizona. ICE officials said.
Subsequently, a Justice Department immigration judge in Eloy, Arizona released Baquedano-Rodriguez on immigration bonds on January 22, 2019.
Fairfax County Police arrested Baquedano-Rodriguez on November 9, 2021 and charged him with three counts of indecent freedom, including exposure to a child's genitals and indecent exposure.
Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin said his administration’s priority is to “protect Virginians.”
"Protecting Virginians has been a top priority for our administration from day one, and it should be a priority for every leader at the federal, state and local levels," Youngkin said. "That's why the Virginia Homeland Security Task Force is so important. I thank our law enforcement officers at all levels for their efforts to ensure the safety of Virginians and Americans, and I will always stand with them."

The Department of Homeland Security also confirmed the arrest and said Baquedano-Rodriguez is still on the ice.
"Make America safe again: @icegov arrested illegal alien Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez for the Fairfax County Court charged with kidnapping a person who was intent to defil and theft. The child sex predator will still ascend the throne in ice custody," the department will relocate on his ice, the department shared X on X. X.
Officials said Baquedano-Rodriguez was convicted in September 2022 for property damages from Fairfax County General District Court and sentenced to 18 months in prison and sentenced to compensation.
Less than two weeks later, officials said the Fairfax County Juvenile and Family Relations Court ruled that he had been disorderly in conduct and contributed to minor crimes, and he was sentenced to 12 months in prison for each conviction.
Officials say Baquedano-Rodriguez has been convicted again.
Then, in June 2024, officials said a Justice Department immigration judge in Annandale, Virginia, ordered the evacuation of Bacchidano Rodriguez from the U.S. to Honduras.

On May 2, 2025, the Juvenile and Family Relations Court in Fairfax County dismissed the allegations of Baquedano-Rodriguez, which kidnapped a person who was intended to destruction and theft: entry into murder, rape, and more.
But later that day, officers from Washington, D.C. arrested him in Fairfax, Virginia and served him with a warrant for dismissal. Baquedano-Rodriguez is still on the ice.
This is not the first time that Fairfax County officials have issued Honduran nationals with criminal backgrounds.
Last April, Fairfax County repeatedly issued Honduran nationals on charges of sexual offences while ignoring the demands of detainees.
Immigration officials arrested the 30-year-old Honduran national at his residence Bradensburg, Maryland, Fairfax County released him twice, April 15.

"This Honduran non-citizen is accused of some very serious crimes and poses a threat to children in Washington, D.C.," Ice said. "When local jurisdictions have a policy that prohibits working with ICE ERO and respects our legally issued detainees and administrative warrants, they put suspects, law enforcement officers and most importantly members of our local community at risk."
When and where the Honduran nationals initially entered the United States, Ice said the man was arrested and arrested several times on sexual offences with the child.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem vowed to continue to fight “every day” to ensure border protection.
"I was sworn in as Secretary of Homeland Security 100 days ago. I will continue to fight with President Donald Trump every day to ensure our borders and the safety of American communities. This is just the beginning of the golden age of America. God bless this great country," Nome wrote in his post on X.
