The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) filed detainees against a Honduran man who lives in the U.S. illegally this week, and is now facing murder after a shooting in Memphis last week.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in a press release that Enoc Martinez, 24, faces five counts of attempted murder.
Fox13 Memphis reported that Memphis police said the shooting rave had just begun at noon Saturday when police responded to reports of the shooting.
A man who was seriously injured in the incident, later identified as Martinez, escaped.
Nearly 15 minutes later, police responded to the second shooting. Then, three minutes after that, police found the suspect allegedly opened fire in two other vehicles.

"Under President Trump and Secretary (Christy), ICE works around the clock to eliminate the worst and worst situations in our community. If you are here illegally and violate the law, we will hunt you down, arrest you and lock you up."
