Iam Tongi showed off a stunning weight loss while walking the red carpet at the world premiere of “Lilo & Stitch” in Los Angeles.
The winner of "American Idol" admitted that he felt "amazing" since he lost 115 pounds. Tongi, 20, praised his personal trainer to help him stay healthy and lose weight goals.

"We might have a workout, about 11 o'clock, go home (home), and go to an ice bath or a sauna," he told People.
"Then we came back, took a shower and took a walk. I lost 115 pounds. It felt great. I felt great."

Tang Ji said he has been committed to "working himself" and "trying to stay healthy."

He tends to change this season and now he lives in Tennessee, so he is inspired.
"I moved to Memphis, so I've been working out, writing, recording, just busy — but in a different way," he said.

"Actually, I'm working on an album, so I'm excited about it, and we'll see it grow. I'm inspired by a lot of souls. I love Al Green. Al Green is one of my favorite singers, so I'm excited about it (single)."
Despite moving to land lock state, Tony will always be grateful for visiting his home in Hawaii.
"It's a great feeling to go home, see people, and be excited when they see me. It's a great feeling. It's a really cool feeling," he said.

Despite the fierce competition, Tang Ji has established a friendship with his two competitors.
"Honestly, if it weren't for these guys, all my family and our friends, I would...I don't know if I would be modest because these guys teach me every day I'm useless - I'm just kidding." "We laughed a lot to be honest."
After winning, Tang Ji was opposed by the audience, who believed the game was "manipulated". Many claim that the musician won just because of his “crying story.” The contestant's father died in 2021, and Tang Ji often mentioned his father and used the guitar in the performance.
