Hold the spin - This is what actually happened to Wisconsin judges

That's what actually happened to the Wisconsin judges.

Swirl aside - some Democrats and experts' spins - these are all facts.

County Judge Hannah Dugan plans to hold a hearing for illegal Mexican immigrant Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who is already facing allegations of domestic abuse, according to the criminal lawsuit.

Not only that, Flores-Ruiz fought with two roommates, who complained that he was playing music too much.

Flores-Ruiz hit a roommate 30 times in the face and then hit a woman trying to end the fight, the complaint said. Let it sink for a minute.

Wisconsin judge's arrest is bombed by Democrats

Now let's see what Hannah Dugan does. (Jim Geraghty of the National Review has a highly detailed account with an extensive quote from the documentation.)

First, she blew the hearing away. Iceland Special Tool has absolute power to arrest immigrants in county courts and are closing, but hope to do so in a low-key way.

She then arranged for Flores-Ruiz to slide out a private exit with the intention of helping him avoid federal agents. It works. But after the chase, the agents tracked him down.

This sounds a lot like allegedly obstructing justice.

Now, Dugan has the right to have the presumption of guiltlessness and a healthy suspicion. We only listened to the government's stories.

Does this sound like an obstruction of justice? That's why the judge was charged while covering up a person to prevent arrest.

The Washington Post made clear yesterday the hint from a day ago: “While many Republican supporters of the president cheered positive action, administration critics say the wonders conveyed a shocking message.

"The purpose of arresting Judge Dugan on criminal charges is to intimidate and threaten all judges across the country, state and local judges," said conservative former U.S. Court of Appeal Judge Conservative J. Michael Luttig.

Many others are viewing Dugan’s arrest as anger, although it is unusual.

"The attack on this safe, community-service space undermines public trust, breeding citizens and employees, and undermines due process essential to our courts," Milwaukee County executive said before Flores-Diaz's arrest, " attackDavid Crowley said.

Some other quotes from Geraghty are helpful:

Sen. Tina Smith, Democratic Minnesota, released: "If it were FBI Director Kash Patel, Donald Trump, who doesn't like judges, they think they can arrest them." So, isn't this alleged obstruction of justice, but some kind of personal hostility towards Dugan? I suspect Trump knows nothing about it.

Wisconsin state legislator says

"It may be illegal, but it also makes me a heroic thing," said New York Times columnist David Brooks on PBS. It may be illegal, but on what planet is the judge's behavior considered heroic?

This is what I found from Guardian columnist Moira Donegan, who said: “The Trump administration takes the Milwaukee judge as an example to intimidate critics and opponents.”

So, now this story has become an anti-Trump job. The president did a lot to intimidate critics and talk about it publicly. This is not one of them.
