His lawyer said

Charlie Dixon, executive producer of FS1 content, is no longer accused of sexual assault in two lawsuits with Fox Sports, and sexual assault in one of the lawsuits.

A Dickson lawyer said in a statement emailed to The Times Monday night that Fox Sports told his clients that he was "violating the company's policies" and that it had nothing to do with the lawsuit filed in January.

“According to the network, Mr. Dixon did not disclose to human resources or the legal department that a third-party production company had hired his wife as a temporary freelancer,” wrote attorney John Ly, who is representing Dixon in the separate civil lawssuits filed this year by former network anchor and reporter Julie Stewart-Binks and hairstylist Noushin Faraji.

“But the reality is that Mr. Dickson asked the supervisor for employment and was told there was no objection.”

"It is worth noting that a Fox spokesman did not mention the company's investigation into sexual harassment claims when announcing Mr. Dickson's departure. Mr. Dickson has fully cooperated with the investigation and has denied engaging in any misconduct."

Ly did not immediately answer any further questions from the Times.

Fox Sports, contacted by email Tuesday morning, only confirmed that Dixon was not a long-term hiring for the company.

"Charlie Dixon is no longer with Fox Sports," the network said. "There are no other comments at the moment."

Stewart-Binks accused Dixon of pressing her body against a wall and “forcibly” pressing her body against her body after a work-related meeting in 2016 and trying to “force his tongue into her mouth”.

Shortly after the incident, the lawsuit states that Stewart Binks’ contract with Fox was not renewed. The lawsuit alleges that sexual assault and sexual assault were the causes of action against all defendants, including Dickson, Fox Sports and its parent company Fox.

Fox Sports sent an email to a statement when asked about the lawsuit and its allegations in January: "The charges came from eight years ago. At that time, we quickly hired a third-party company to investigate and resolve the matter based on their findings."

Dixon is also one of the defendants in the Faraji lawsuit, which was filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court in early January. In it, he was accused of "wiping her body and grabbing her hips" and was a birthday party for another Fox Sports employee at his birthday party without Faragi. The lawsuit alleges that the battery and hostile work environment are the reasons for action against Dixon.
