Graphic gender with Cassie, beating

The sex trafficking trial of Sean "Didy" comb escalated Monday afternoon, Daniel Phillip, a 41-year-old male escort, was summoned to the witness stand.

In extremely graphic testimony that lasted about an hour, Phillip, in the case of around 2012-2014, Chief Prosecutor Maurene Comey asked about his sexual intercourse with the comb and his then-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura. According to Phillip, he paid $700 to $6,000 in Phillip's report, between $6,000 a few times, with Ventura and Combess Combess and Mast Combest and Mast comment comment and Mast. In more than once he witnessed the comb physically abused Ventura, and sometimes he was given drug MDMA.

Phillip was first pulled into the track of the comb when he was manager of the male Revue Show in Manhattan around 2012. One night his boss asked him if he could go to Gramercy Park Hotel for a bachelor party because none of his dancers were available. Phillip thought he would arrive at the hotel and do a striptease for a group of women. Instead, Ventura opened the door to her hotel room and asked if he could still interact with her.

As Phillip remembers, Ventura was wearing underwear, high heels and sunglasses and she told him it was her birthday and her husband arranged a special gift for her. She immediately handed him several thousand dollars. The comb is in the room, too. Ventura asked Phillip to rub baby oil on her and massage her, and she assured him that the comb was "not gay" and would not touch him.

Phillip did not immediately identify the comb because he was wearing a white robe and the turban covered his nose. When Phillip and Ventura met each other and eventually started having sex, the comb sat in a chair in the corner of the hotel room masturbated. Phillip once realized who the man was when Combs spoke, and he recognized his voice.

After a short time, Ventura handed Phillip over several thousand dollars in cash and gave him. She answered his phone number. A few minutes after Phillip left the hotel, he received a text message from Ventura asking him to send a picture of his penis and then return to the room. He obliged that in a few more hours they rubbed each other's baby oil and had sex with the comb's masturbation.

Phillip will continue to have sexual relations with Ventura and Combs, hotels in Manhattan, and every private residence in the city. Sometimes, Philip would send vulgar texts from Ventura like “I want to fuck you now” and sometimes he would text her if she was “good”. He doesn't remember Ventura responding to the above words.

Philip said that every time he encountered Ventura and comb, there were candles and bottled baby oil and astrocyte lubricants on the table. Once, the comb instructed Philip and Ventura through a role-playing exercise. "We're not good at it at all," Philip said.

The comb usually tells Phillip and Ventura to rub more baby oil on each other, and he will indicate where Phillip will shoot and when to shoot. Philip said of the comb: "He always sat around the corner and masturbated. At one point, Ventura asked him to urinate on her. They rarely used condoms.

Philip said the encounters will last between one and ten hours. After he had sex with Ventura, she would enter the bedroom with a comb and let Philip wait on the couch for hours. Sometimes they would come back and tell him to leave, other times they would take him back to the bedroom for another round of dating.

Philip said the comb videoed him once or twice with Ventura on his phone and camera. Once, Phillip "pretends cum" after the comb instructs him to ejaculate "inside Ventura". After Combs brought Ventura into the bedroom, he repeatedly asked Phillip if he was "sure" to finish.

The interaction became even more intense after the comb took pictures of Philip's driver's license and said "just for insurance, just in case." Philip said, "I know it's him threatening me." Many of his objections were rejected by the judge, but Philip was sometimes detained when he began speculation.

In one example, Combs allegedly provided Phillip MDMA or "Molly", which made Phillip feel "physical" and "nauseous" but also "rejoice". Phillip left that night with a bunch of cash, still affected, and began roaming the city. "I went into the middle of Times Square and I distributed every dollar he gave me," Philip said.

He didn't care about the money Ventura and Combs gave him, saying it was "exciting" with people around celebrities: "I never asked them for a dollar."

At some point, Philip said he began to witness the comb physically abused Ventura. Once, he saw the comb throw a glass bottle in the direction of Ventura and then hit her and drag her hair into another room. "She was screaming and he pulled her into the bedroom." "I could hear the sound of him slapping her. She was screaming, 'I'm sorry! Sorry!'" Philip said, Combs said to Ventura, "bit, you're here now when I told you're coming. Come again later."

"I was shocked. It's everywhere. I'm scared. I don't know what to do." When asked why he didn't intervene or call the police, he said, "In my mind...I could lose my life if I wanted to do something." He added: "My idea is, (comb) is an unlimited person. ...My life is in danger." Philip said the comb will directly resume sexual activity after alleged domestic violence.

After he began to witness the abuse, it was difficult for Philip to "keep his efforts" in front of the comb. Once or twice, the comb gave him cialis, which treated the erectile dysfunction. Philip said sometimes he couldn’t have sex, sometimes he wasn’t paid.

Phillip details another incident at the Jumeirah Essex House, where he hears screams and slaps behind the bedroom door. The comb then vacated the hotel and left Philip alone with Ventura. According to Phillip, Ventura jumped into his lap and began crying and kissing him, something she hadn't done in her previous encounters. Philip asked Ventura why she wanted to maintain an abusive relationship, and she insisted that she was OK. The two of them started having sex, and Phillip did not show anything. When they had sex, they noticed the comb sneaked back to the room to watch.

At one time, at Ventura's home, Combs invited another male worker who eventually accused him of looking at him in a threesome and ended up having a verbal argument with the comb.

Phillip had never received sexual compensation before meeting Combs and Ventura, and since his last encounter, he has not received sexual compensation sometime in late 2013 or early 2014. When asked why he continued to meet with Combs and Ventura, he told the court that he thought he thought Ventura was a friend and wanted to "check" on her. Plus, he was worried that if he had a heavier comb, he might be in danger.

The jury was sworn in and opened on Monday morning, with Combs' trial beginning seriously this week. The federal prosecutor’s goal is to portray the combs that are being tried for sexual trafficking and blackmail because he is a powerful businessman who uses his reputation and power to rape, beat and abuse people. Combs said all sexual activities mentioned in the indictment were voluntary because his defense attorneys tried to portray him as a flawed man, sometimes violent, but innocent against federal charges.

Prosecutors also brought a security guard on Monday who witnessed Combs allegedly attacking Ventura at an intercontinental hotel. Video of the incident is imminent in trial as CNN released surveillance video in May 2024.

Ventura is expected to testify later this week.
