The loved ones of a Georgia man found dead in a trailer belonging to one of the largest mattress manufacturers in the United States are filing a lawsuit against the company.

Joshua Armor, 27, went missing in October, leading his family to frantically search for him. They eventually traced the location of his cellphone to Seeley Mattress Co.'s factory in Conyers, Georgia, the lawsuit states.

The family notified a supervisor at the facility that Amore's cellphone indicated he was on the property, but employees were allegedly told to lock all trailers because they feared an unidentified person was at the location, the lawsuit states. The family also said they were not allowed to search the area and were asked to leave.

Amul's body was found a week later, locked in a trailer at the Sealy Mattress factory. He was allegedly suffering a mental health crisis when he wandered onto the property.

Armor's fiancée, Jasmine Jennings, claims in the lawsuit that his death was "horrible and inexplicable due to willful failure and gross negligence on the part of Sealy, Tempur-Pedic and related entities."

"Seeley took absolutely no action to find or protect Joshua," the lawsuit states.

"Sadly, Seeley chose to act solely to protect his property while consciously choosing to ignore Joshua's life and the pleas of his family," it added.
