We're back, as we start the first parent perspective of 2025 through J's GBK podcast, the clip is hosted by J.You ivonoas he goes on four special missions every day at Darrell & Christi Comer and Gino & Tracie Didomenico.
During the "young" years, parents often nurtured, encouraged and even corrected Army footballers—before heading to the U.S. Military Academy West Point.
Needless to say, their daily responsibilities go far beyond the gates of the grill, and their timelines go beyond what most college athletes encounter.
However, it is safe to say that their Family Foundation has equipped many players wearing black and gold medals on their journey to the academy.
There are two such players: QB Bryson Daily and Max Didomenico
Bryson every day He played quarterback and defender in high school in Abernathy Texas, Texas, and received 5.4 ratings from his competitors in 2020. He was recruited as a guard by several FCS schools, but Army West Point was the only opportunity to provide him with a quarterback. In his sophomore season, he had only 26 snapshots in QB and the PFF scored 94.5. He did not impress the PFF evaluators, the starter of the new offensive in 2023, ended the season with a bleak rating of 58.0. But his highest ratings that year were Monken's revival of the traditional triple-choice offense against the Carolina coast.
Army fans don’t know what will happen to Cody Worley, the new offensive coordinator in early 2024, and his quarterback, but we were all surprised, with PFF ratings magnified to a maximum of 91.5 every day, with honors coming from all over the country. Daily was named AAC's most valuable offensive player in the 2024 season, ranked sixth in Heisman's vote and was named the 39th best player in the country by the recent ESPN group.
Corley built the 2024 offense around Daily's Power running, passing the ball to 1,659 yards and 32 rushes for 310 touchdowns per day. He broke Keenan Reynolds' NCAA season record, but he didn't break Ahmad Bradshaw's 1,746 yards in 242 goals in 2017.
