BBC announces Gabby Logan, Kelly Cates and Mark Chapman will take over from Gary Lineker Hosting of daily matches.
Speculation arose over the BBC Football anchor line-up last year after it was revealed Lineker would step down from the role. The former England striker has hosted the show since 1999.
Cates, who will also continue her role at Sky Sports, said: "As soon as I sat in that chair and the theme music started, I knew it was going to be a really incredible moment. I've worked with a lot of pundits before But, they're all great, so I'm just looking forward to getting started.
"I've gotten to know Gabby and Mark very well over the years, so bringing them together and embracing the digital side, it feels like a really well-rounded football package for fans, which is what makes it so exciting."
Since rejoining Sky Sports in 2016, she has been a presenter on Sky Sports covering the Premier League.
The 49-year-old daughter of former Scotland and Liverpool footballer Sir Kenny Dalglish also hosts BBC Radio 5 Live's Tuesday night sports coverage.
Logan said: "It's always a real moment (in the chair) because it has such history. It's still relevant to a lot of people today and still talked about even though television has changed so much.
"We have a huge responsibility to make sure we keep evolving while respecting the tradition of Match of the Day. People want to see goals, they want to see events, they want to see moments that everyone is talking about, so while we The edges can be tinkered with, but the core is football."
Logan, a 51-year-old former gymnast, became one of the first female sports anchors to enter terrestrial television and covered multiple Olympic Games, World Cups and Commonwealth Games during her time at the BBC.
She has presented Match of the Day in Lineker's absence on several occasions, while also anchoring the BBC's coverage of the Lionesses' bid for glory at the 2023 Women's European Championship.
Meanwhile, Chapman, 51, has been in broadcasting for more than 25 years and hosts the BBC's Match of the Day 2, covering Premier League action and reaction.
In sharing the role with Cates and Logan, Chapman said: "It's not about the three of us, it's the three of us plus our experts, our editors, plus our analysts, statisticians and stuff with production staff, broadcast and online people.” In fact, it takes all of us as a department working together. Logan and Chapman also co-host a podcast for global players called Sports Agents.
