Gabbard slams "politically motivated" surveillance to "terrorize" her efforts

National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard said she is in the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) "Quiet Sky" surveillance list She was exposed “politically motivated” after she revealed the surveillance of the Biden administration at a Senate hearing.

TSA's "Quiet Sky" program was established in 2010 to identify passengers to enhance screening of some domestic and outbound international flights.

The plan is under scrutiny for lack of transparency and concerns about civil liberties.

CNN reported in November that Gabbard was briefly listed before being quickly removed. TSA told the media that the program is not a list of terrorists.

"TSA's Quiet Sky Program is a risk-based approach to automatic transportation security that includes identifying potential risks and taking enhanced security measures," the federal agency noted. "It uses USG intelligence information and databases to take screening measures."

TSA did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment about the program and when Gabbard added it to the list.
