Sean "Diddy" Combs' former assistant testified on Thursday about alleged abuse she faced during her eight years of working for a shamed music tycoon.
The former resident testified anonymously using the nickname "Mia" that she claimed she felt powerless after Didi raped her Los Angeles home, and she felt powerless in New York and in New York during his 40th birthday celebration.
According to legal experts, her words on the 12th day of her testimony could have a huge impact on the jury’s decision as the sentence “last night” rapper faces 15 years to life in prison if convicted on many federal charges.
Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told Fox News Digital that Mia's testimony as the fourth Diddy aide "is the best because she confirmed the previous testimony and was her own victim."

Mia has served as his personal assistant at Diddy and directed Revolt Films. She described the work environment as “chaotic, toxic…the highs are really high, and the lows are really low.” According to Mia, Diddy’s emotions determine the environment.
"Didi was violent with her. He threw an ice bucket, bowl of pasta, turkey, computer and phone to her, threw her on the door and wall, and then threw her into the pool," Rahmani said in court Thursday. "She was paid $50,000 and started and worked directly and had barely sleepy."

He added: "There is graphic testimony about the time the comb hits Cassie Ventura's head on the corner of the bed and ``open the head''. After the attack, Combs told her to contact the plastic surgeon and said Ventura fell because she was drunk.

Mia also testified that she not only witnessed the founder of Bad Boy Records Violence with Cassie Ventura But he also physically violent to her. She claimed he once slammed his arm on the bathroom door after he allegedly stole his cell phone. In another alleged incident, Mia claimed Didi threw a computer while she was in a restaurant in Los Angeles.

The former employee told the court that Didi controlled her.
"I can't tell him, no...I don't know anything," she said in her testimony. "I know his power... controls me. I don't want to lose anything I've worked so hard."
Rahmani added: "The comb gave her MDMA and ketamine and told her she had become "part of the breakfast club". So we do drug trafficking with sex.
Albany-based attorney Paul Derohannesian agreed that Mia's testimony "identifies elements of forced labor charges directly by corpse force and threats as part of the allegations of extortion and conspiracy."

“More broadly, Mia’s testimony provides a wide range of strokes in prosecutor’s paintings, describing the comb as a woman’s control, continuous, terror and violent abuser, a framework for the prosecutor’s desire for a jury to watch the trial testimony.”
In a federal indictment on September 17 Didi was sued Conspiracy of extortion (RICO); sexual trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and prostitution by means of transportation. If convicted, he faces at least 15 years in prison or maximum sentence.
He maintained his innocence.

The testimony at the trial of the founder of Bad Boy Records began on May 12, and jurors heard it from his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, Regina Ventura, who is Cassie's mother, Kid Cudi and Cassie's former best friend Kerry Morgan.
