Cameron Gilmore, 67, broke his foot and toe after hitting the Gator, told WFOL that he and Brandi Gross, 25, were riding with a larger group when the former noticed "big spots on the road."

"I think it's a radius of tread or something," Gilmore said.

But, "spots" are not tires - it's an alligator who threw him out of the motorcycle after he hit it.

"I said, 'Well, save me, Jesus," Gilmore told Wolfre.

"And I, well, just keep flipping. I think, when did this stop?" he continued. "And I started sliding, I thought, when is this stop? Just slide and then it went from the road into the grass, um, um, can't move too much."

Gross behind Gilmore suffered a similar fate.
