Bruno Fernandes is willing to leave Manchester United if the club needs to cash him in order to rebuild after the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
United lost 1-0 on Wednesday on a goal from Brennan Johnson, which brought a tragic season to the club.

Manager Ruben Amorim said after the failure that if the club no longer wanted him, he would quit "without any talk about compensation."
Now, his 30-year-old captain follows the example, knowing that despite economic restrictions, United's need to overhaul the players.
"I've been honest. I kept saying I'd be here until the club said it was time to me."
“I’m eager to do more and be able to bring the club to a great time. On the day when the club thinks I’m too much or the way to separate now, football is like that, you never know.

"But I kept saying this and I kept my words the same way. If the club thinks it's time to separate the way because they want to cash out or anything else, that's it, so it's like that, soccer sometimes."
Fernandes has been a prominent player at Manchester United this season but has failed to make an impact on the Spurs at the San Mames Stadium.

He said that failure was a crushing defeat.
"We hope to win more than anything in the finals," he said. "It's a very sad day because until today we've done something really good in this game.

"But today (Wednesday) is a big day, it's the most important day of the game. It's the day we could have played in Europa League history, but it's not that. Football is cruel and it's our turn."
The midfielder joined United in 2020, insisting that his compatriot Amorim remained the right person to lead United, despite a poor record since arriving at Old Trafford in November.
Manchester United won only six league games on the watch, ranking 16th in the Premier League, with their lowest score since relegation in 1974.
"We (the players) just agreed that he was the right person," Fernandez said. "He did a lot of good things. We know, and the manager was studied.

"Obviously, we can see more than the players. We know that everyone will be the motivation he brings back to the club.
"Trying to bring the club back to fight for the trophy, fight for the big trophy. We all agree that he is the right person."
