The family of an Indiana woman who was nine months pregnant when she disappeared more than three months ago has raised questions about her final whereabouts.
Emma Baum, a 25-year-old mother of three, disappeared on October 10 in Gary, Indiana, while giving birth to her fourth child.
Baum's sister, Hailey Baum-Waddell, told Fox Digital News that she was last seen at her boyfriend's house.
"The search for Emma has been very difficult for everyone, mentally, physically and emotionally ... but we will not stop looking for her," Baum-Waddell said. "I think if people continue to chant that something needs to be done and chant her name... get the word out because a lot of people know, but not everyone knows."

On October 28, Gary police Lt. Col. said authorities received a missing person report from Baum's family. Jake Hammadi told Fox Digital News.
"A few days went by...we all started messaging each other, 'Hey, do you have any news from Emma? Has anyone seen her? Can you message one of her friends, reach out to her boyfriend?' It’s kind of like everybody’s hanging around and everybody’s trying to figure it out,” Baum-Waddell said.
"And then we were like, 'Well, this isn't normal.'" ... That's when my mom really started to panic," she added. "Then my mother went to the police station. "

Baum-Waddell said that in addition to the police investigation, she and other relatives of Baum are organizing an extensive search because her social media posts have attracted hundreds of people to volunteer.
“There were a lot of people offering to go out and look for her,” she said. "We've discussed this with other search groups. I made a post online and just said, 'How many people are willing to take a shot?' and I posted it in multiple groups."
Baum lives in Portage, Indiana, but was last seen visiting her boyfriend in Gary.

Baum-Waddell said her sister did not have a working phone when she went missing, and while her sister may have been "out doing her own thing" for days at a time, there was no way she would have been missing for that long.
"That day, she was supposed to go with her boyfriend... to a cell phone store to activate her phone, but she never activated her phone," she said. "She used to be completely silent about everything, but that's not like her anymore."

Baum-Waddell also noted her sister's dedication as a mother and her close relationship with her oldest son.
"They have this crazy, unbreakable bond," she shared. "She can't come here and see him on Christmas or Thanksgiving or ... New Year's. It's unreal. There's no way she could do this to him."

Baum-Waddell believed her sister's boyfriend was "hiding something," she told Fox News Digital, while Baum's mother believed the boyfriend had something to do with her disappearance, WGN9 reported.

"It's very difficult because it's not just her that's missing now. It's her baby. You don't want to think about the worst-case scenario because who would want to hurt a girl and her baby?" she added. "We just hope we can find her somewhere safe."
