Prince William and Kate Middleton are on track, and Meghan Markle continues to make headlines in luxurious Montecito.
British royal expert Hilary Fortewitch claimed to Fox News Digital that the Prince and Princess of Wales are putting their responsibilities first as the Duchess of Sussex prepares to launch her lifestyle collection in March.
"Prince William and Catherine are known to be happy to distance themselves from Meghan Markle to avoid any potential entanglement in future controversies," Fortewitch explained. "Stability and service are crucial to the couple because They want their lives to be dedicated to both parties. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's deal with Netflix does nothing to further those values."

Fordwich's comments came shortly after palace insiders claimed to the Daily Mail that Meghan's decision to postpone her series was a "final blow" to Queen Elizabeth II.
They claimed the 43-year-old had "no hesitation" in postponing the release of Love, Meghan due to the Los Angeles fires. Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex allowed their explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey to be aired in 2021 due to Prince Philip's illness. Four weeks later, Harry's grandfather died.
"It's no secret that Prince William and Catherine are happy to distance themselves from Meghan Markle, thus avoiding any potential entanglements in future controversies. Stability and service are vital to the couple as they anticipate dedicating their lives to Two people. Nothing can change." Meghan Markle and Prince Harry furthered these values in their deal with Netflix. "

While Fortewitch said the Sussexes have a "huge responsibility" for "what the monarchy stands for," other experts believe Meghan's decision to delay her series was justified.

Christopher Anderson, author of The King, said of the Daily Mail report in an interview with Fox News Digital: "It's complete nonsense and it's just how the British tabloids are grasping at straws to blame Meghan. Another sign of crucifixion with Harry.”
"There may be many things to criticize about the Sussexes, but this is not one of them," he said. "Comparing the Sussexes' inability to control the release of the Oprah interview to their decision to postpone Meghan's lifestyle show due to the Los Angeles fires is a profoundly false equivalence. Over the past few years, Prince Philip Frequent hospitalizations. At 99 years old, going in and out of the hospital has become quite routine."

"Providing lifestyle and cooking tips while thousands of your neighbors' homes are burning down is not going to go down well, to say the least," Andersen noted. "Delaying the launch of new Netflix series is not only the right decision; The only decision Meghan can make.”

Kinsey Schofield, host of the "To Di For Daily" podcast, claimed to Fox News Digital that it was the streaming giant, not the duchess, who chose to pause her series. "Love, Megan" was originally scheduled to premiere on January 15th.
"My sources tell me that Netflix is eager to delay Meghan's show to avoid harsh criticism," she claimed. "I wouldn't be surprised if they spent the whole month and a half... making some much-needed edits to the final product."

"The royal family recognized long ago that Meghan was serving no one but herself," Schofield claimed. "Long before Meghan's exit, they set boundaries to protect their emotional well-being. Meghan has always prioritized herself at their expense and the only solution is to distance herself from her, which is not to be cruel but to recognize that the relationship is toxic and one-sided."

"The decision to postpone was made by Netflix," Fitzwilliams claimed. "Showing it at this time... was simply not possible. She had no choice but to ask them to postpone it." Comments online The response to this was so negative that there was always a chance it would be put off again...it was saccharine and contrived”.

"... Speaking of timing, the royal family will not forget the shameful fact that the Oprah interview took place while Prince Philip was in hospital," he claimed. "The couple were unaware of this when it was originally planned, but it went ahead anyway... It was a completely callous and disgraceful incident. The royal family has not forgotten it. The royal family clearly had other concerns (today)."
"The despicable timing of their Oprah interview caused untold pain to Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip and is completely inexcusable," Fortewitch claimed.

Anderson previously told Fox News Digital that Kate and Meghan "were never close." The Princess of Wales has kept her distance while serving the royal family following the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's exit.
"Kate and Meghan were not what I would call a love match from the beginning," Andersen explained. “Even before their famous, tearful row over flower girl dresses at Harry and Meghan’s wedding, relations between the two princesses were already frosty.

"After Brexit, Kate went to great lengths to get brothers Prince Harry and Prince William back together, but the Sussexes proved to be lax after they took a lax approach to the royal family during the Oprah interview and in Harry's fiery memoir, Spare , all this becomes impossible.”
"Kate threw up her hands and basically walked away, letting William and Harry decide when — or even if — they would patch things up," Andersen continued. "All this time, Meghan has stayed out of it, pursuing her projects in California. , has shown little interest in repairing relations with the royal in-laws.”

Anderson also claimed the Sussexes had "no intention of apologizing for anything."
"Zero," he emphasized. "They remain convinced they are the wronged party in this royal saga. While Kate may be able to bury the hatchet and move on, King Charles ... and Prince William are not in a forgiving mood. Things have gone too far. The wounds are just too deep. Too deep."
