European leaders gather on Monday to discuss how to provide huge investments for the Ministry of National Defense-but the latest move of US President Donald Trump will be imminent at the meeting.

The official told CNBC on Sunday: "I don't want to discuss specific tariffs, but some leaders may ask questions."
At the same time, the European Union has been preparing for potential tariffs in the United States and vowed to respond to the "firm" of any new responsibilities.
The European Commission spokesman said to CNBC on Sunday: "The European Union regrets the decision to impose tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China in the United States."
They added: "The EU firmly believes that low tariffs have promoted the growth and economic stability in the rules -based trading system. However, the EU will firmly respond to any unfair or arbitrary trading partners who have imposed tariffs on EU commodities."
Although Trump's latest duties are not directly targeted at the European Union, officials in the group know their indirect consequences.
A senior diplomat did not want to be named because of the sensitivity of the problem. He told CNBC that people realized that trade confrontation with the EU is approaching.
The senior diplomat said: "The European Union can still negotiate, including buying more liquefaction natural gas, but this will be very difficult (avoid upgrading)."
