The Golden State Warriors' playoffs are over, but if Stephen Curry plays against the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 1, questions about the team's internal and external issues continue.
No one asserted with Gold State that the team would make it to the Western Conference Finals with a healthy curry after losing to Minnesota in five games. However, the Warriors' belief in the ceiling was not shaken, throwing Game 5 to the Timberwolves in Minneapolis on Wednesday, May 14.
Head coach Steve Kerr must be credited to Minnesota, but he also asserted that he believed Golden State could have won another title and everything was just right.
"I know we had a shot. I know the distance we could have gone," Kerr said. "Maybe we didn't, but that's OK. Everything in the playoffs is about who stays healthy, who gets hot, and you're doing great at the right time. Do you have multiple people strengthening the key game, playing, doing the shot. Are you healthy or not. Every year, you can see it in every series. A little luck involved."
Despite Curry's absence, Draymond Green earned all the honors for the series. But he also believes he still has a legitimate desire to win over the next few seasons.

“We think we got another piece,” Green said. “We got one of the best ownership groups and front offices in the NBA and they will do everything they can to help the team improve.”
Golden State University may try to enter Giannis Antetokounmpo's raffle this summer as he opens up potential deals in Milwaukee. The deal could require the Warriors to send Jimmy Butler to the Bucks as he and Antetokounmpo will basically pay the same amount in 2025-26 ($54 million).
The deal may also require a Golden State’s asset bank and may also include young talents like Brandin Podziemski.
"Golden State still has four (first round draft picks) available for trading: 2026, 2028, 2028 (if 1-20) and 2030," wrote ESPN's Bobby Marks.
However, Max includes the Warriors in the franchise category, which will require a third team as part of any trade to obtain Antetokounmpo, which could complicate the process.
