Dr. “Bosé Renacido” Leads Banij Americas Copyright Content Lineup

Banijay Rights, the global distribution arm of Banijay Entertainment, has announced that its documentary series “Bosé Renacido” (which translates as “Bosé Reborn”), the highest-rated non-fiction format in the history of the Spanish-based Movistar Plus+ platform, will be featured in the company’s Content Americas 2025 series. The Miami market is next week.

Produced by Shine Iberia (Banijay Iberia) for Movistar Plus+ in Spain, this four-part documentary explores the extraordinary life and career of one of the most influential figures in Latin music, Miguel Bosé .

Bosé Renacido delves into the singer's personal and professional journey and will take viewers through key moments in Bosé's life, from his childhood in a prominent family to his rise to international stardom. It also explores his journey into fatherhood and his current life in Mexico. Through intimate and exclusive access, this documentary reveals the people behind the music and the artists behind the fame.

Miguel Bosé's career spans nearly 50 years, during which time he has sold more than 30 million records worldwide and starred in Pedro Almodóvar's Landmark movies like "Heels." Bosse was born in Panama City, the son of actress Lucia Bosse and famous bullfighter Luis Miguel Dominguin. Bose grew up in a culturally and artistically rich environment, surrounded by family friends such as Pablo Picasso and Ernest Hemingway.

The premiere of "Bosé Renacido" coincides with Miguel Bosé's highly anticipated 2025 tour, which will take him across Mexico, Latin America and the United States from February to December.
