According to Bounty Hunter Dog, the ten prisoners who escaped from the Orleans Diocese Justice Center were not accidental. Although the investigation is underway, Duane Chapman told Fox News that he believes escape is "absolutely an internal work."
Ten prisoners escaped from New Orleans prison early Friday morning, and as of Tuesday night, six prisoners were still running.
"What do 10 felons in a cell do in one cell? How do they get out of there without anyone watching them? So I think so far and can't see surveillance, I think it's definitely an internal work."

Sterling Williams, 33, an employee of the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office (OPSO), was arrested and charged with 10 principal charges on simple escape and office charges, according to a statement from the Attorney General. Liz Murrilloffice.
