Sean "Didi" comb was convicted of sexual offence charges during an estimated eight-week trial starting Monday, May 5 and faces 15 years in prison.
According to the case file, the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s female-driven team includes eight lawyers. Five women designated as lead include Emily Anne Johnson, Madison Redick Smither, Mary Kristen Slavik, Meredith Foster and Miz Steiner.
Maurene Ryan Comey, daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, listed the prosecution in addition to Matthew Raffi Shahabian and Olga Zverovich. Maurene's father was fired by Donald Trump during his first term in the White House after Hillary Clinton's email investigation.

Three months after Diddy was charged with conspiracy, force, fraud or coercive sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, Maurene joined the prosecution panel in December.

Maurene is no stranger to the high-profile trial, having served as chief prosecutor in a criminal case against Ghislaine Maxwell.
Maxwell was found guilty on five counts after a month of trial and sentenced him to 20 years in 2022 for sexually exploiting and abused minors with the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

"Today's sentence puts Ghislaine Maxwell in charge of abominable crimes for children," U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement at the time. "The sentence conveys a strong message that no one goes beyond the law and that a verdict on justice will never be too late. We once again thank the victims of Epstein and Maxwell for their courage to testify at the trial and share their stories as part of today's sentencing."

Maxwell's attempt to appeal her conviction for sex trafficking in 2024 was dismissed by the federal court of appeals, and in April her legal team appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before Maxwell was convicted, Moren was one of the leading prosecutors in the case against Epstein, who died of suicide while awaiting trial in August 2019.
