The Democratic National Convention voted to be elected as Democratic Vice Chairman on Monday.
The vote came after internal criticism of Hogg, although party officials said the vote was based on a process challenge in February, claiming that Hogg and another official were elected inappropriately. The DNC will vote on whether to delete Hogg later this year.
"(It is impossible) to ignore the broader context of my work to reform this vote, which is shrouded in the massive scale," Hogg said in a statement after the vote. "The DNC has promised to remove me, and this vote provides a way for a quick effort."
Monday's vote also removed Pennsylvania Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta as vice chairman of the DNC. Christine Pelosi is D-Calif. A member of the Certificate Committee, the daughter of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, he believes the vote does not reflect his performance.

"First of all, I want to make it clear and explicit that this decision has nothing to do with the services of any DNC officer, especially (Hog) or (Kenyatta). It is about violating the parliamentary process, which was raised in the challenge raised by another candidate as Vice-Chairman."
"When I said I hope these two talented people voted for their name again, I think I'm speaking to all of us on the committee," she said. "We will address this issue quickly. I have confidence in the DNC members to review this issue and vote for their conscience."

Hogg announced plans to spend $20 million on major Democratic lawmakers in the Blue Region to make room for New Democratic leaders.

Hogg clashed with veteran democratic strategist James Carville during a joint appearance on reporter Tara Palmeri's podcast.
Carville criticized it as "abnormal" and "Jacka - Jacka at the highest level" prioritized delaying the Democratic Party rather than defeating Republicans. Hogg shoots backwards, the party has the ability. Carville asked Hogg to focus on winning elections against the Republican Party.
Hogg insists his strategy is to "win the election."

"It's not about winning the Queens election, it's something you're never going to compete with Republicans. It's about helping the Democrats win the election."
