The jurors at the Sean "Diddy" comb trial were introduced to many witnesses in the government's opposition to shameful music tycoons.
The U.S. Attorney's office is named Dawn Richard, a former member of Diddy's Danity Kane girls' group, who claimed "last night" the rapper threatened her to keep quiet about alleged abuse of then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
Los Angeles litigant John J. Perlstein exclusively told Fox News that Richard's testimony could support the government's batsman influence and corruption allegations (RICO).

Dawn Richard, who supported Cassie Ventura's testimony, provided witness claims in a variety of situations, the defendant attacked or attempted to strike Ventura and testified with a comb's control to show Combs that he allegedly said he "owned" Ventura and that her success would be his tenure," Perlstein said.
"In terms of RICO's allegations, Dawn also testified that Combs threatened her to remain silent, which could be seen as an attempt to intimidate witnesses and obstruct justice. Her testimony supports the prosecutor's RICO case."
Richard testified Monday that she told Cassie left Didi after witnessing the violent acts of the founder of The Bad Boy Records against his girlfriend. Despite allegedly being torn, Richard testified that Cassie would listen, but she could see the fear.

The singer said she "observed Cassie being attacked." She claimed Didi screamed downstairs, hit her in the head, and beat her.

Richard claimed Diddy was “angry downstairs and said f-where was his egg.” She then claimed Diddy grabbed a skillet and tried to hit Casey in the head.
Cassie allegedly fell to the ground, foreseeing the hit, but failed to hit her.
"She entered the fetal position...in fact, trying to hide her face," Richard said.
"Richard's testimony has a high influence because it confirms Ventura's account," former federal prosecutor Neama Ramani told Fox News Digital. Her testimony comb tried to hit Turra with a frying pan, kicking her while she was in the fetal position, dragging her hair was by far the most graphic of the trial.
Rahmani added: "The prosecution must confirm Ventura's testimony with independent witnesses. The defense scored through Ventura's emails and text messages. But Richard's testimony showed a pattern of physical violence and helped dismiss the defense's argument that it was agreed to the behavior."

Richard told the court Friday a day after the alleged dispute with her "The observed Cassie is attacked“The rapper of “Disappears You” told her that this is a lesson in a normal relationship.

Diddy and Richard said in the studio that the previous day was allegedly witnessing "passion" and what people in relationships were doing. He claimed Cassie was OK and if they said nothing, it was the best.
The rapper allegedly said that where he came from, people were missing. When she hears him, it means people eventually die.
Diddy allegedly doesn't like Richard talking to Casey, and Diddy will tell her to "stay in my relationship." Richard claimed the comb told them that if she didn't line up, it would have consequences.

Richard also testified that even though her life was allegedly threatened, she even though he was willing to work with Didi again.
Didi's defense attorneyNicole Westmoreland asked Richard that he would be exposed to the comb until 2020 or 2021. Richard testified that if they got Diddy - dirty money back together, she would often revolve around combs: work, writing, tour, travel abroad and going abroad.

Richard told Assistant U.S. Attorney Mitzi Steiner that she worked with Diddy after ending her career relationship because Diddy's third member, Kalenna Harper - Dirty Money, demanded it.

Richard explained that the contacts were sporadic, but she wanted to get Diddy - the problem Harper allegedly had, the dirty money came back together. According to Richard, she didn't want to go back and work with Diddy because "it's not good." She claimed she just wanted to help her friends.
Kerry Morgan also testified and claimed Diddy physically attacked her in 2018, thus ending her friendship with the “Me&u” singer. Diddy's lawyer asked Morgan why this ruined her friendship with Cassie. "I draw a line on physical abuse," Morgan replied. She and Cassie haven't spoken for seven years, according to Morgan's testimony.

Morgan cuts off after Cassie signed her $30,000 NDA about Diddy's alleged abuse after she claimed he beat her at Cassie's home in 2018.
They were allegedly listening to music when Didi walked into the room. Cassie allegedly continued to lock herself in the bathroom.

"He walked behind me and choked me," Morgan said, saying Diddy allegedly threw the hanger on her head, which hit the back of her ear. She allegedly suffered a concussion due to the incident and was treated in urgent care.
Didi was sued conspiracy with extortion; sexual trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transport of prostitution in a federal indictment on September 17. He insisted on his innocence. If convicted, he faces at least 15 years in prison or maximum sentence.
Authorities accused Didi of running Criminal enterprises Through his business, it includes Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises and Combs Global. Prosecutors said he used "guns, violent threats, coercion and verbal, emotional, physical and sexual abuse" to achieve his sexual desire.
