Crystal McKinney was appointed Friday in an amended lawsuit filed against Harvey Weinstein for the first time in February, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

McKinney, a former model, accused the frustrating film tycoon of sexually assaulting her and a friend at a hotel in New York City in 2003.

She had previously sued Sean "Didi" comb in May 2024 and accused the "Last Night" rapper of sexual assault at the 2003 Men's Fashion Week event.

"Harvey Weinstein explicitly denies Crystal McKinney's weird and wonderful claims about him in his complaints," Weinstein's attorney Imran H. Ansari told Fox News Digital.

Mr. Weinstein was persistently late in a complaint against Sean Diddy's comb and, after the complaint, was ready to refute and defend against despicable claims, believed to have been conducted through opportunistic motivation. ”

The lawsuit against Weinstein was first filed anonymously on February 28, with its pseudonym AP McKinney claiming that executives at the modeling company established a meeting with Weinstein one night on PM Lounge and “discuss potential business opportunities” on PM Lounge, a pretending, with Weinstein, allowing McKinney to “mass McKinney on a massive scale.”

In the lawsuit, she claimed that the executive told her: “Until he put you in the movie, he doesn’t want to — him.” She noted that she was “troubled” by the executive’s “Crass comments” but was interested in “working with Hollywood’s biggest producer.”

McKinney brought her roommate Jane Doe to the conference, hoping Weinstein would consider her film role as well. During the meeting, she claimed in the lawsuit that during the meeting, Weinstein “repeatedly told them that he wanted to know both of them better.”

He allegedly asked to go to a quiet place because the lounge was too big, and the woman agreed to "go to his place to discuss potential acting roles."

After McKinney arrived at the hotel room in Weinstein, McKinney claimed that the former Miramax Honcho "had used alcohol to enjoy the women, ordering their bottles of Boulevardier and Dom Perignon, several gimlets of the plaintiff, and Jane's vodka cocktails."

As McKinney sat on the couch, she accused Weinstein of grabbing her breasts and tearing them in her vest. "Drinks were scattered on her shirt in the plaintiff's efforts to avoid being groped," the complaint said. "The plaintiff fled to the bathroom and Jane followed."

Weinstein allegedly "breaks into the bathroom and continues to see the breasts of the plaintiff who continues through her soaked vest. Weinstein asks the woman to strip and take a bath with him."

McKinney claimed that Weinstein "exposed himself to the woman before entering the bathtub" at the time, and ordered the woman to join his bathtub.

"The plaintiff and Jane both comply with his request because they felt turned away and were worried that he would retaliate against them if they refused his sexual assault."

Weinstein allegedly “instructed women to do same-sex sexuality with each other.” He then allegedly “looked weirdly, forcing women to do sexually with each other, which made him feel injustice.”

"At some point, Weinstein dragged the drunk woman out of the bathtub and into the bedroom," the complaint said. "Weinstein then pushed the plaintiff into the bed and raped her."

The document says Weinstein "stops attacking the plaintiff, and he also forcibly infiltrated Jane." After the incident, Weinstein left the hotel room. The hotel phone rang and Weinstein's assistant allegedly told the woman to leave the hotel room immediately.

In May 2024, McKinney filed a lawsuit against Diddy in the federal court in Manhattan. She claimed that the producer of the power plant “was alcoholic throughout the dinner because he repeatedly replenished the glass with wine.” After the meal, Combs allegedly asked McKinney to meet him at his studio on 44th Street, and she felt “reassured that she would be in the studio with others, not alone in her personal residence.”

"A colleague in the comb asked her, 'Do you smoke weeds?' The documents said: "She responded positively to it. "The comb's colleague replied: 'You've never had such a weed before.'"

The complaint states: "The plaintiff later learned that the comb had been associated with narcotics or other Incested substanceMcKinney said she felt “pressurized” by the absorption of the comb, who told her she was “acting too nervous.”

"Seeing the plaintiff was so intoxicated that Combs asked the plaintiff to follow him and he physically took the plaintiff to the bathroom," the lawsuit said. Didi is currently under trial and faces 15 years in prison if convicted of sexual crimes and extortion. Weinstein was retried after his sexual assault was overthrown in 2020.

In a 4-3 ruling, the court ruled that the Weinstein's trial judge allowed prosecutors to call women saying Weinstein attacked them to testify even if their allegations were not particularly relevant to the allegations of entertainment tycoons.
