The U.S. Supreme Court yesterday allowed the Trump administration to begin enforcing a ban on trans military members. Trump signed an executive order shortly after his second term banned transgender people from serving in the military. The new policy mimics the previous ban established during the president's first term. The Supreme Court allowed the policy to remain original in 2019, but it was reversed when President Biden took office.

The Pope Conference began this morning in the Vatican. One hundred and thirty-three electors will participate in the secret process of choosing the next leader of the Catholic Church. Pope Francis died on April 21, causing the process to begin movement. The special masses at St. Peter's Basilica will elect his successor before the meeting.
India has carried out many strikes on various targets of Pakistan and its controlled territoriesmarking the most extensive military operation in more than 50 years. The Indian military said it attacked "nine locations in Jamu and Kashmir occupied by Pakistan and Pakistan, from which it planned and directed the terrorist attacks on India". The strikes came after India accused Pakistan of being involved in a radical attack in late April, a claim that Pakistan denied the attack. The Pakistani military retaliated by firing on the Indian-owned Kashmir area. It claims to have shot down five Indian aircraft. At least 26 people were killed in Pakistan due to the recent strike, and India said at least three people were killed.

This day finally came. Today, TSA will begin executing real ID cards at US airports. The goal behind the law dating back to 2005 is to have a more difficult state-issued ID and ask states to do more to check the authenticity of the details they put forward on the cards. Travelers will need a legally compliant ID to board a domestic flight and access certain federal facilities. The IDS is similar to a regular driver's license and will have golden stars. They need more documentation, such as a valid Social Security number. Nearly 1,000 women from all over the United States flew to New York City with one dream: to become dancers of dancers. The Precision Dance Company is known for its high kicks, making its appearance at Macy's Thanksgiving Parade and Christmas spectacular for the annual Radio City Concert Hall, turning 100 this year. They started in St. Louis, with 16 dancers known as "Rockets." Despite changes in entertainment and American culture since the 1920s, the Rockets are still evolving and launching.
