Tiktok's literary subculture BookTok was accepted by "Shatter Girls" and has been on the New York Times Young Adult Bestseller List for more than three consecutive years. It was Charlie Davis, a young woman recently released from a psychiatric ward in Minnesota after an attempted suicide. After arriving in Tucson, Arizona across the country, Charlie attempted to piece together his life among artists and musicians while coping with childhood abuse, self-harm and homeless trauma. The toxic relationship with local musicians, and her friend’s reappearance from the psychiatric ward, threatens the delicate life she blends with.
In addition to her work on the Yellow Jacket, Eaton also appeared in "Mad Max: Fury Road", "Newness" and "Parameter", the last of which was made by Space Project Shapiro. Eaton won the Best Performance Award at SXSW, and the Parachute was screened.
