Liverpool has submitted a new four-year contract to keep Conor Bradley at Anfield until 2029.
The 21-year-old Northern Ireland right-back has made progress in Arne Slot's Premier League title this season and has received great praise for his Champions League performance against Real Madrid in November.
Bradley has made 27 appearances in all competitions this semester, despite being injured, and his role is expected to leave Trent Alexander-Arnoldeven if Liverpool is expected to trigger Jeremiah Frimpong's £29.5 million (€35 million) issuance terms.
"To sign another contract, I'm proud and happy to see what the next step in our journey together will be," Bradley said on the Liverpool website.
“You just have to lower your head and keep working hard.”
The Castlederg-born player advanced to Liverpool’s squad after joining from Dungannon Swifts in 2019 and made his club debut in 2021 before taking a season loan at Bolton.
Bradley has blocked 24 times by Northern Ireland, and he has two years left in his existing deal, but his size is getting bigger and his new contract will be recognized.
"It's been a great two years with the senior team," Bradley added.
"Especially since I came back from my loan last year and did a great job and continued to do a great job this year. It's really good. So hopefully we can keep moving forward and keep leaving more memories."
Bradley's new deal is Liverpool's progress in a good deal with Bayer Leverkusen's Frimpong.
The 24-year-old wants to move to Anfield, plays at right back and right wing and is highly praised by the Reds' boss.
The Dutch international was a key member of Leverkusen, who won Germany's domestic doubles last season.
Since joining Leverkusen in January 2021, the former Manchester City youth player has provided 30 goals for the club in 190 games and 44 assists for the club in all games.
Frimpong told Leverkusen that he wanted to leave the club.
Sky Sports News Previous reports said the defender would be happy to move to Anfield if the club decides to sign a right-back to replace Alexander Arnold This summer.
Alexander-Arnold announced last week that his contract will leave the club when it expires on June 30.
