Comment Week: Instacart CEO heads to OpenAI

Big move: Instacart CEO Fidji Simo will become CEO of OpenAI application, the company said this week. Simo is already on the Openai board of directors. CEO Sam Altman said her mission was to help Openai expand the functions of a "traditional" company, but he did not provide details on what that means.

Speaking of Openai: The company decided that its nonprofit sector would retain control over its for-profit organization after it initially announced plans to convert to a for-profit organization. Openai said it made “after hearing the opinions of the citizen leaders and having a constructive conversation with the offices of the Delaware Attorney General and the California Attorney General.”

Speaking of the CEO's actions: 11 times CEO Hasan Sukkar announced that he is resigning and promoted to the position of "non-executive chairman". In March, TechCrunch reported that 11 times showed off the client logo of inactive customers on its website, one of which threatened to bring it up.
