In the case of polls, Clemson and Arkansas continued to rise, while Texas A&M and Duke fell.

Ella Parker, UT, Oklahoma
Last week's Texas-Oklahoma showdown was all about Summers, partly because of Parker's excellent performance. She averaged .388 after hitting three RBIs and two home runs in the series finals. Parker has participated in the Oklahoma State program this season, which lost 13 players after the 2024 season. She ranked second in batting average (.390) and fourth in RBI (37). In the second season with the Sooners, Parker had 102 runs and 121 hits in 101 games. She will be an interesting player when we get into the playoffs.

Speaking of Sooners’ journey to Gainesville… Yes, the Gators entered this game after losing the series to LSU, but Florida lost well this season. Florida rebounded after losing two series this year to win the next straight series. Florida also leads the RBI's strong SEC (128), hitting average (.299), and tied for second in home runs (29).
The Sooners led by Patty Gasso have just swept the ball from rival Longhorns and have performed well in their game. Oklahoma has now won six straight titles and has reached its best 90 home runs this season. Can OU’s Ace Sam Landry continue to strengthen and take care of the business in the circle? Can Florida's high-function offense succeed against top national teams? Check out this weekend’s series for information.
