Club World Cup Will Decide the Future of Six Real Madrid Stars Under Xabi Alonso

Several Real Madrid players are facing an uncertain future as incoming manager Xabi Alonso prepares to take charge of his first match, according to the latest report from Sport.

Real Madrid has no major silverware to showcase this season now, and now focusing on the upcoming Club World Cup is a rare opportunity to end a disappointing battle with the trophy and, more importantly, it is a key proof for marginal players.

This new version of the Club World Cup will be a test stone test for several members of the current team.

Although some names, like Jesus Vallejo and Lucas Vazquez, have a chance to convince Alonso that they should stay, no matter how they perform.

Luka Modric, Dani Ceballos, Endrick, David Alaba, Rodrygo, and Fran Garcia They are all unsafe players in the future.

Alaba's situation is particularly subtle. The recovery of Eder Militao and Antonio RĂ¼diger, coupled with the possible integration of young defender Dean Huijsen, means Alaba could start the season as Real Madrid's fourth-choice centre-back.

To add to the challenge, Alonso is said to be keen on shooting for Youth Academy talent Joan Martinez.

On the left, Garcia is under equally scrutiny. With Ferland Mendy recovering from injury and Alvaro Carreras is closely linked to the return to Madrid, the left-back position is facing overload.

Garcia will be the only natural left-back available for the club's World Cup and is expected to use the game as a final audition. If he doesn't impress, then when Mendy resumes fitness and Carreras has the potential to arrive, he may be the one who sacrifices.

Rodrygo and Endrick face different paths

Rodrigo's case is even more complicated. Despite the contributions of the Brazilian in the flash, the arrival of Kylian Mbappe and the rise of Arda Guler may limit his minutes. If Madrid decides to cash out, Rodrygo's exit will come in the form of a permanent transfer, rather than a loan.

On the other hand, Endrick is still seen as the future. Despite being excited about his potential, the program may involve lending him for consistent playing time, especially when attacking positions are crowded.

Finally, in the midfield, Ceballos and Modric also entered the uncertain territory. The Croatian time in Madrid may end unless he can prove to Alonso that he still has legs and vision to contribute at the highest level.

Meanwhile, Ceballos has been trying to always break into the starting XI, which can be considered exhaustive unless he shines in the club World Cup.
