Six months after the death of Clint Eastwood's longtime girlfriend Christina Sandra, the 94-year-old's son has shared a rare update on the veteran actor's condition.
In a new interview, Scott Eastwood opened up about his father's grief journey so far.
"He's fine. He's doing great," Scott told People. "He's a survivor, an actor."
In July, Clint announced the death of his girlfriend of ten years.

"Christina was a lovely, caring woman and I will miss her terribly," he said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter at the time.
Days later, Clint's daughter Morgan Eastwood shared a photo with the couple, noting "Devastating" loss.
"This is a devastating loss for our entire family," Morgan wrote of Sandra, who died on July 18 at the age of 61. "Thank you Christina, you were a great companion to my dad. You will be missed."

Sandra's cause of death was cardiac arrhythmia Monterey County Health Department, California said in a death certificate obtained by Fox News Digital.
Eastwood and Sandra have kept their relationship private for the past decade. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the two first met in 2014 when Sandra was working as a host at the Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Eastwood, Northern California.

Sandra, a longtime resident of Carmel-by-the-Sea, California (where the Eastwood Hotel is located), attended the red carpet event with her boyfriend. The last event the couple attended together was the 2018 world premiere of Eastwood's film "Richard Jewell."

The award-winning actor and director is the father of eight children: Laurie Murray, Kimber Eastwood, Kyle Eastwood, Alison EastwoodScott Eastwood, Katherine Eastwood, Francesca Eastwood and Morgan Eastwood.

Clint was married twice. His first marriage was to model Maggie Johnson in 1953-64. The previous couple did not finalize their divorce Until 1984. He married Dina Ruiz in 1996 and the couple divorced in 2014.
