Sharamans call for Senate minority leaders Chuck Schumer, DN.Y. and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, DN.Y. , because they suddenly pay attention to the hypocrisy of large sums of money in politics.
"I think it's ridiculous even when they try to say something about oligarchs, oligarchs, oligarchs, oligarchs, oligarchs," Charlamagne said on Monday at the Breakfast Club. "Now Bernie (Sanders) and AOC, they can go there and say, 'Fight with the oligarchs.' Hakeem Jeffries, you can't say, well, like cutting it out, we know you've taken a lot of money from corporate donors."
“So, seeing them now against the oligarch and saying, ‘Look at the billionaire who controls Trump.’ Really, are you? Charlamagne added.
according to opensecrets.org, Some of Schumer's biggest donations came from companies, including Blackstone, Nextera Energy, Newmark Group and L3Harris Technologies.

Additionally, in February, Politico reported that Jeffries met with private individuals in Silicon Valley.
"I know some people think that Joe Biden should help rebuild because, as the recent president, he is the de facto leader of the party. For those people, I want to say: Hunter gave up on the cracks," Charlamagne joked.
"So who should be the leader? Well, in Congress, you have two people. The first one is this guy, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries." Then, he showed a video of Jeffries wearing a suit without tie and sunglasses outside the U.S. Capitol building, talking about democracy.
Charlamagne later called Schumer "a fellow Senate Obama" and said he was "more inspiring."
Charlamagne has criticized two Congressional Democratic minority leaders, who recently mocked them as party leaders and said they should “show out of the office.”
