Champions League Qualification Ranking: Each team is in the top five

On the last day of the Premier League season, the competition to compete in the last three Champions League qualifiers will come down to the match.

The top five in the Premier League, plus the Europa League final between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, will directly qualify.

Liverpool champion and runner-up Arsenal have booked their spots as Manchester City, Newcastle United, Chelsea, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest battles are the rest.

The five teams entered the final week with just one point, while Manchester City played at Bournemouth on Tuesday night.

The final day of the season should be cookies, with Nottingham Forest hosting Chelsea in a potential Champions League play-off.

This is the goal every club needs to overcome this line.

Third - Newcastle United

Points: 66

Target difference: +22

Final fixture: Everton (H)

What they need: Beating Arsenal means there will be some tension when Newcastle hosts Everton at St. James Park - but they know the victory will return to the Champions League for the second time in three years.

If Newcastle attracts or loses, they may be replaced by Manchester City, Aston Villa and Chelsea or Nottingham Forest, but given their goal difference is well beyond Villa's goal, that would be enough for three points.

Fourth - Chelsea

Points: 66

Target difference: +20

Final Fixture: Nottingham Forest (A)

What they need is: Chelsea's fate is also in their hands, and they head to the top five competitors in the city ground. For Enzo Maresca's team, victory is enough to win the top five while eliminating the forest.

The draw will make Chelsea public, defeated by Manchester City and Aston Villa in the top five. But the draw is enough to qualify for whether Aston Villa failed to win, and Newcastle lost.

If Chelsea loses, Nottingham Forest will continue to move forward, and Chelsea will need the following two: Aston Villa loses at Manchester United, Manchester City loses to Everton at Fulham or Newcastle, and enters three more goals.

Fifth - Aston Villa

Points: 66

Target Poor: +9

Final fixture: Manchester United (A)

What they need is: Unai Emery's team is the form team of the division, heading to Manchester United, who will play in the Europa League final on Wednesday night. Villa's fate may not be in their hands on the last day, and City have a chance to surpass them if they beat Bournemouth on Tuesday.

If so, Villa will need to win and hope one of Newcastle, Manchester City or Chelsea fails to score a three-pointer on the last day.

Sixth - Manchester City

Points: 65

Target Poor: +24

Final fixture: Bournemouth (H), Fulham (A)

What they need is: Given that Villa's goal difference should be enough for four points. They won Tuesday against Bournemouth, which would make it easier for Manchester City, meaning a draw on the final day against Fulham would be enough to make the top five. Or they can do this the other way around.

If the city loses any game, their fate will not be in their hands. But if Chelsea and Nottingham Forest draw on the last day, they can still qualify for 68 points.

Seventh - Nottingham Forest

Points: 65

Target Poor: +13

Final fixture: Chelsea (H)

What they need is: beat Chelsea, unless Manchester City loses the game and Manchester United beat Aston Villa, there will be no other results.

If Forest wins, they still need another result to move forward, so Newcastle failed to beat Everton, or Aston Villa failed to beat United, or Manchester City failed to win the remaining two.
