Casandra VenturaR&B singer and model date Diddy for 10 years, back to the fourth tough day of Witness Friday. Ventura, who is eight months pregnant, faces another round of cross-examination by rapper lawyers who try to portray her as the willing participant of the rapper's drug-staying "freak".

Ventura was forgiven as a witness around 3:20 ET. Another election witness on the day was Dawn Richard, Two former members of Diddy's musical performances: Danity Kane and Diddy - Dirty Money. Richard testified that she witnessed Diddy defeating Diddy in 2009.

Diddy is highly involved in Estevao's cross-examination of Ventura. The rapper wore a cream-colored shirt and khaki, leaning forward often, read the live transcript of Ventura Marc Agnifiloand sent notes to Estevao when she asked about his ex-girlfriend.

Ventura answered the question calmly. She cried briefly at the end of the prosecutor Emily JohnsonHer redirection, grabs tissue, tells the juror that he hits her in "Freak." In another noteworthy moment, Ventura describes how she feels about the rapper: "I don't hate him. I love the past and what it is."

In other news: Judge Arun Subramanian Both parties are repeatedly worried about lawyers today. When the juror left the room, Subramanian scolded the prosecutor for opposing cross-examination without specifying its reasons. The evidence of the defense team's start-up introduction also seems to be annoyed.

"We won't do it this way," Subramanian said.

Subramanian thanked the jurors for their first week of service before the recess. The judge told the panel of eight men and four women, "You are the bedrock of democracy." He encouraged jurors to watch the Yankees and the Knicks over the weekend.

In the final minutes of Ventura's stands, she testified that she expected Diddy to beat her $10 million settlement in 2016. (The incident was recorded on the hotel security camera.) She interrogated that there were many professional benefits to becoming Diddy's girlfriend. She attended the Metropolitan Gala and she had access to other celebrities (e.g. Kudy, boy,,,,, Nicki Minaj,,,,, Lil Wayne and Rick Rose) She also has valuable studio time.

The defense is carefully trying to convey something through cross-examination, without coming out to say: Ventura is with Didi for money and fame. If the jury overly believes that the defense’s handling of Ventura is too aggressive, it is an easily counterproductive subject. But these jurors include ordinary people, such as scientists and grocery workers. The defense hopes that they think: "The lifestyle described here is so extreme that only one money comes for money and the stars stay in the defendant." At the same time, the defense cannot just cross-examination, asking whether Ventura is a gold excavator.

It is hard to say what the jurors think of her testimony. She says the right thing most of the time, but the jury also evaluates her body language and voice, and all the intangible assets people look at when they scale each other. Determining credibility is hardly an accurate science.
