Canadian Election: Polls are Unveiled by Trump’s Shadow, Looming Free Conservative Competition - Real-time Update | Canada

Canadians go to Trump's election to conduct polls

Leyland Cecco

Canadians are covering up polls in federal elections by Donald Trump’s threat to the country’s sovereignty and fears that his escalating trade war has slim down on polls in federal elections.

In the final days of the one-month campaign (described by all party leaders as the most important election of a lifetime) - the U.S. president has once again reinserted the national discussion and there are new threats to annex the country.

On the final day of the campaign, a deadly attack also covered up a deadly attack in the country during a bustling street festival in Vancouver that left the country and forced Prime Minister Mark Carney to briefly pause his campaign.

Just in January, Canadian pollsters and political experts struggled to find new ways to describe the bleak prospects of then-Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party, which seemed to be expected to have a catastrophic outbreak. In some polls, the party lags as much as 27 points behind rival Conservatives. Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre is expected to win the largest and loudest electoral victory in more than half a century. This power is the result of a laser-focused, years-long movement that weakens liberals and political parties that support its few governments.

But Trump's explosion of America's closest diplomatic and economic relations fundamentally reshapes his feelings for his southern neighbors and seriously affects how Carney, who controlled the Liberal Party in mid-March, shaped his election bid. This framework has the potential to produce results three months ago.

Key Events

During the early voting held last weekend, a record number (7.3 million) had already voted. 5.8 million Canadians who voted early in the last federal election in 2021.

All votes in Canadian federal elections are calculated at hand by witnesses, and the final results will be verified over a period of time.

However, usually from preliminary results, it seems that a party is going to achieve a majority and form the next government, and who will serve as prime minister.

Trump urges Canadians to make their country the 51st state in election interference

Donald Trump An overnight statement on the eve of Canada's election, again threatening the country's independent sovereignty and describing the border between the two countries as "a boundary drawn by humans many years ago" was another embarrassing intervention in Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre.

The U.S. president uses the Truth Social Platform, first hoping to "wish the great people of Canada good luck" and then urges them to become the 51st state in the United States, claiming that this will bring tax cuts and increase military power. He said:

Good luck to the great Canadians. Elections of people with strength and wisdom, cut taxes in half, raise your military power to the highest level in the world, own your cars, steel, aluminum, wood, energy and all other businesses, and if Canada becomes our precious 51 countries, there is zero tariff or tax. Many years ago, lines were no longer artificially drawn. See how beautiful this land will be. Free access without borders. There are certainly no negative factors in all. It should have been! The United States will no longer be able to subsidize Canada, and we used to spend hundreds of billions of dollars. Unless Canada is a state, it doesn't make sense!

According to polls earlier this year, Poilievre's party appears to have a major victory in the Canadian federal election until Trump begins making a series of statements threatening Canada's independence and starting a trade war between neighboring countries, which seems to restore the fate of the recently appointed Liberal Party.
