Cleveland Browns defender Devin Bush was charged with a simple assault with harassment and misdemeanors, allegedly chasing a woman at a Pittsburgh house and smashing her phone.
A woman who confirmed she was Bush's girlfriend reportedly told authorities that he beat her at Sevikley's home, took her car keys and broke the phone in the process.
The woman accused Bush, 26, of breaking her cell phone and not allowing her to seek help.

An official with the Bell Acre Borough Police Department wrote in the fee documents that the debate began after the woman raised Bush’s friends and a mess in the kitchen.
Police said the woman began recording Bush on her cell phone because he became "more aggressive". She accused Bush of chasing her, pinning her to the massage table and placing “his whole body weighs her” to grab the phone.

Bush allegedly smashed her phone and went looking for her iPad.
The woman's daughter was also present, and both of them fled to the neighbor's home. Police affidavit states that there were obvious injuries on her right wrist and right foot. She claimed they were from Bush trying to get his cell phone.

Bush allegedly admitted that he smashed the woman's phone "but denied physically" when the police were approaching the police, and she told police that he did not want to record it in his house.
Bush was the 10th pick for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2019 NFL Draft, where he spent his first four seasons. He has scored 286 tackles in 52 games over the past two seasons.
In 2023, Bush played 13 games with the Seattle Seahawks, starting with three of them, where he received 37 tackles (5 losses).

He joined the Browns last season, starting with 10 of his 16 games. It was a revitalized bush, he used 76 tackles, a sack and 3 passes.
