Brooke Shields proves that age is just a number with new social media posts.

Over the weekend, the "Bride's Mother" star went on Instagram to celebrate her 60th birthday, photos of her hanging out on the beach in a bikini.

"Wake up today in heaven... in the new decade! It's 6️⃣0️⃣! Thank you for all your birthday love," her post captioned her.

The photos featured sitting in a hammock nestled on the shore in a black bikini, she wore a sun hat, a chunky gold chain shirt and sand-covered feet.

In another Instagram post, according to her account sharing of her hair care brand, Shields spelled out “We no longer succumb to “promotion,” the title reads: “We no longer spend time chatting.”

Shields is no stranger to sharing bikini photos. The star entered Instagram in April to share photos of her Bahamas posing on the beach in a black and white bikini.
